MiniSite guide

A Bio Page is a compact profile with links for Instagram or TikTok. A MiniSite is a complete, responsive homepage for a person, business, artist, streamer, freelancer or shop.

A MiniSite contains one page with up to 30 blocks. Its menu jumps to sections on that page. It does not create extra pages, a blog, a shopping cart or a checkout.

Open Templates and choose MiniSites to explore six fictional homepages. Try the section links, FAQ and forms. Demo forms use example details and do not send or save anything.

Create MiniSite opens the matching starter template. The demo photos and fictional content are not copied into your account. Add your own content and publish when you are ready.

Open MiniSites from your workspace. Choose Small business, Musician, Streamer, Photographer, Consultant or Creator. Enter a name and an available handle, then choose Create MiniSite.

Your address is /m/ followed by your handle. Use 4-64 letters, numbers, hyphens or underscores. Handles are unique across MiniSites and stay fixed after creation. Your Bio Page handle is separate.

Every template is a starting point. Replace the example headings, add your own photos and remove anything you do not need. New MiniSites start as private drafts.

Open a block to edit its fields. Use Add a block to add another section, and the up and down buttons to change its position. Show block lets you hide a section without deleting its content.

Choose full, half or third width for a block. Adjacent smaller blocks share a row on wide screens and stack on mobile. Start with a Hero, introduce your work, and finish with a clear call to action.

Cards can contain a title, text, photo and destination. Use Add item for another card. Link and product blocks accept six cards, galleries twelve photos, testimonials four quotes and social blocks ten profiles.

The preview uses the same renderer as your published page. Choose Desktop, Tablet or Mobile above it. Desktop content is at most 1280 px wide; mobile pages keep 16-20 px of space at each side.

Use Upload photo inside a block. JPG, PNG and WebP files may be up to 10 MB and 24 megapixels. Lynko removes the original file and stores an optimized WebP, aiming for about 500 KB with a maximum of 2 MB.

Photos are limited to 2560 pixels on their longest side. Small images stay smaller. Each MiniSite can hold 60 photos with 120 MB total storage, including unused photos. Add a useful photo description for accessibility.

In Settings, open Delete unused photo to manage the library. First remove a photo from your draft, save, and publish the change if the live page still uses it. A photo used by either version cannot be deleted.

In Style, choose a theme, heading style and accent color. Keep text readable against photos. The Hero can also use an HTTPS MP4 or WebM URL; video loads only when the visitor chooses to play it. Video uploads are not included.

Add Video, music and booking, choose YouTube, Spotify or Calendly, and paste the content URL. These use the existing Lynko players. Visitors choose whether to load external content and can withdraw that choice.

Use Social accounts or link cards for Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, Discord and other profiles. These open the destination. MiniSites do not fetch Instagram posts or check Twitch live status automatically.

Save draft preserves your work privately. Publish MiniSite saves and publishes the current design. Later edits stay in your draft until you publish again. Take page offline stops public access while keeping your content.

Copy link shares your public address. You can paste it into the existing QR Manager to make a QR code under your normal QR plan limits. Check the published page on your phone before sharing it.

If another tab saves the same page, reload before continuing. This prevents one tab from silently replacing the other. Closing the editor with unsaved changes shows a browser warning.

Publish the MiniSite first. Open Settings, choose Connect a domain, and add or select a domain in the existing Domains manager. Select the pages purpose, complete the displayed DNS verification, and choose your MiniSite as the root destination.

Page domains are available on Silver and Gold under the existing domain limits. DNS and HTTPS provisioning must finish before the domain works. A domain opens one selected homepage at its root; your /m/ address remains supported.

Add a Contact form or Newsletter signup block. Visitors must accept its consent checkbox. Messages and signups appear in Messages and signups below your editor; only the account owner can read or delete them.

Lynko collects signups but does not send email campaigns, confirmation emails or automatic replies. A signup is not a verified email address. Use your own newsletter service and its verification process before sending campaigns.

Add your own privacy policy URL in Settings and explain how you use contact details. Keep only the information you need and delete it when no longer needed. Each inbox holds 1000 entries and accepts at most 100 submissions per day.

Drafts and published MiniSites both count toward your limit: Free 1, Bronze 3, Silver 6 and Gold 15. Deleting a MiniSite releases its slot. Each MiniSite has its own chosen handle on every plan.

After a downgrade or an expired grace period, the newest MiniSites within your plan remain available. Older sites stay in your editor but cannot be viewed or published until capacity is available. Your content is kept.

The manager shows page views and inbox entries. Views count eligible public visits at most once per browser session every 30 minutes. Your own logged-in visits, drafts and editor previews do not count. These are not unique-person analytics.

MiniSites currently belong to your personal account. Workspace colleagues do not get access to your editor or inbox. Your text is kept exactly as written; changing the Lynko interface language does not translate your own content.

If a preview cannot update, check the error message and correct the text or URL. If a photo upload fails, use a smaller JPG, PNG or WebP. Your server must accept uploads above 10 MB for the full upload allowance to work.

If the public page is unavailable, check that it is published and within your plan limit. For a custom domain, also check verification, the selected root destination and your current domain entitlement.

To delete a MiniSite, open Settings, expand Delete MiniSite and type its handle. Confirm only when you are ready: the page, uploaded photos and inbox are permanently removed. Connected domains stay in your account and can be reassigned.
