Plain-language summary
Lynko.tv is a self-service platform for short links, QR codes, link-in-bio pages, campaigns, polls, counters, Smart Cards and related analytics. This summary is here to make the rules easier to understand. The full Terms below are the binding version.
1) Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using Lynko.tv, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use Lynko.tv for a company, organization or other legal entity, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that entity.

3) The service
Lynko.tv provides tools for link shortening, dynamic QR codes, link-in-bio pages, campaign pages, polls, counters, Smart Cards, content drops, lead capture and privacy-friendly analytics. Features, limits and names may change as the product develops.
Lynko.tv is not a publisher of user content. We provide technical tools that allow users to create, store, route, display and measure their own content and destinations.
4) Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old to use Lynko.tv. If local law requires parental or guardian consent, you must have that consent.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account unless the activity was caused by a security failure on our side.
- You may not create accounts to evade limits, enforcement, suspension or abuse controls.
5) User content and legal responsibility
You are solely responsible for all content, links, destinations, files, images, text, forms, polls, campaigns, QR targets, Smart Card destinations and other material that you create, upload, submit, link to, embed, route or make available through Lynko.tv.
You must make sure your content and destinations are lawful, accurate, safe and allowed in the Netherlands, the European Union and any country where you target or make them available. You must have all permissions, licenses, consents and rights needed for your content and for any personal data you collect or process.
Lynko.tv does not endorse user content and is not responsible for user content merely because it is created, hosted, routed or accessible through the service. We may act when we receive proper notice, obtain actual knowledge, detect clear abuse, or must comply with law or authority orders.
6) Permission to host your content
You keep ownership of your content. You give Lynko.tv a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to host, store, copy, display, route, transmit, resize, process and technically adapt your content only as needed to provide, secure, improve and enforce the service.
This permission ends when your content is deleted from Lynko.tv, except where continued storage is reasonably needed for security, legal compliance, dispute handling, backups, abuse prevention or accounting records.
7) Acceptable use rules
You may not use Lynko.tv for illegal, deceptive, unsafe or harmful activity. Prohibited activity includes:
- Child sexual abuse material, child exploitation, sexual exploitation or content that facilitates exploitation.
- Terrorist content, violent extremist content, credible threats, incitement to violence or instructions for unlawful violence.
- Hate speech, harassment, doxxing, stalking or abuse targeting protected characteristics or private individuals.
- Phishing, malware, credential theft, deceptive redirects, cloaking, typosquatting, fake login pages or technical attacks.
- Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, artificial traffic, bot abuse, click fraud or attempts to manipulate analytics.
- Fraud, scams, impersonation, counterfeit goods, pyramid schemes, unlawful financial promotions or misleading commercial practices.
- Infringement of copyrights, trademarks, personality rights, privacy rights, database rights or other third-party rights.
- Illegal streaming, unlawful gambling, illegal products or services, sanctions violations or activity that would require licenses you do not have.
- Collecting personal data without a lawful basis, required notice, consent where needed, or a clear purpose.
- Bypassing plan limits, rate limits, security controls, moderation controls, payment controls or access restrictions.
We may block, filter, suspend or remove links, pages, files, destinations, accounts or features that appear to violate these Terms, law, payment rules, security requirements or platform integrity.
8) External destinations and commercial use
Short links, QR codes, buttons and Smart Cards may route visitors to websites or services outside Lynko.tv. You are responsible for those destinations, including their legality, safety, disclosures, privacy notices, cookies, terms, age gates, product claims and consumer information.
If you use Lynko.tv for business, affiliate, sponsored, lead generation, advertising, fundraising, regulated or commercial activity, you must provide all disclosures required by law and platform rules. You may not use Lynko.tv to hide the identity of a trader, mislead visitors about a destination or avoid consumer protection rules.
9) Forms, leads and visitor data
Some Lynko.tv features allow users to collect visitor details, submissions, poll responses or other information. If you enable those features, you are responsible for telling visitors what you collect and why, having a lawful basis, obtaining consent where required, handling requests, and using the data only for lawful purposes.
You may not ask visitors to submit special category data, highly sensitive data, payment credentials, government identity documents, passwords or secrets unless you have a lawful basis and Lynko.tv has expressly allowed that use in writing.
10) Reporting illegal or harmful content
If you believe Lynko content, a Lynko link or a Lynko-hosted page is illegal, harmful or violates these Terms, report it through the report tool or contact page.
A useful report should include the Lynko URL or short code, the reason for the report, the legal or safety issue, and enough information for us to assess it. For copyright or trademark reports, include your contact details, the protected work or mark, the exact Lynko URL, and a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized.
We review reports in good faith and may remove, disable, restrict, label, de-rank, block or preserve content where appropriate. Where required, we provide affected users with a statement of reasons and access to an internal complaint process. Appeals can be submitted within 14 days through the contact page unless a different period is required by law.
11) Moderation and enforcement
We are not under a general obligation to monitor all user content. We may still use manual review, automated safety signals, malware checks, spam checks, trusted reports, user reports and other proportionate measures to detect or respond to abuse.
Enforcement actions may include warning you, limiting features, disabling analytics, pausing redirects, blocking destinations, removing content, suspending accounts, terminating accounts, preserving evidence, notifying payment providers, or reporting serious matters to competent authorities.
We aim to apply restrictions in a proportionate, non-arbitrary and non-discriminatory way, while considering safety, legal duties, user rights, freedom of expression and the rights of affected third parties.
12) Repeat offenders
We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly submit illegal content, repeatedly violate these Terms, repeatedly send manifestly unfounded reports or appeals, or create new accounts to avoid enforcement. Serious abuse can lead to immediate termination without prior warning where legally allowed.
13) Plans, billing and renewal
Free and paid plans may have different limits, features, retention periods and analytics options. Current plan limits are shown on Lynko.tv, at checkout or in your dashboard.
Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically for the selected billing period until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize Lynko.tv and its payment provider to charge the selected payment method for recurring fees, taxes and any agreed charges.
If payment fails, is reversed, is disputed, or cannot be verified, we may downgrade, suspend or limit paid features until the issue is resolved. Plan changes, downgrades and limit enforcement may affect active assets as explained in the product interface.
14) Cancellation, refunds and withdrawal rights
You can cancel a subscription from your dashboard without contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current period. Your paid access normally remains active until the end of the paid period.
To avoid a renewal charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled renewal date and time. A cancellation made inside the final 24 hours may not stop the next payment if the payment process has already started, but it will stop later renewals.
Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. EU consumers may have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts. If you expressly request immediate access to digital services and acknowledge that withdrawal rights may be lost once the service is fully performed, the withdrawal right may not apply or may be limited by law.
You retain mandatory payment rights, including the right to dispute card payments with your bank under applicable PSD2 and card-scheme rules and to request SEPA Direct Debit refunds within the periods provided by SEPA rules. We may provide evidence of delivered services and may suspend paid features or recover unpaid amounts where a dispute is fraudulent, mistaken, abusive or repeatedly unfounded.
15) Payments via Mollie and SEPA
Payments are processed through Mollie B.V. We do not store full card details. Payment method availability may depend on country, currency, risk checks, compliance rules and payment provider availability. Strong Customer Authentication may be required for certain transactions.
For SEPA Direct Debit payments, you agree that pre-notification of the debit amount, date and mandate reference may be sent at least 3 days before the debit. This shortens the standard 14-day pre-notification period by agreement where allowed by SEPA rules. Chargeback and refund rights remain as provided by law.
16) Availability and changes to features
We aim to keep Lynko.tv reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanently available service. Maintenance, security work, outages, provider failures, abuse events or force majeure may affect availability.
We may add, change, limit, rename or remove features, limits, plans, analytics, storage rules or integrations. For material changes that negatively affect paid users, we will provide notice where required and try to avoid unreasonable disruption.
17) Custom domains
If you connect a custom domain, you confirm that you control the domain and DNS. You authorize Lynko.tv to route traffic, verify DNS, request TLS certificates and operate the domain connection for the service. When you stop using Lynko.tv, you are responsible for removing DNS records that point to Lynko.tv.
18) API, automation and scraping
Automated access is allowed only through documented features, approved integrations or written permission from Lynko.tv. You may not scrape, bulk-harvest, reverse engineer, overload, probe, scan, attack, bypass protections, or use automation in a way that harms users, the service or our infrastructure.
19) Lynko intellectual property
Lynko.tv, the Lynko name, branding, software, interface, designs, databases, workflows and service content are owned by Madeliz or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership. You may not copy, sell, lease, sublicense, modify, distribute or reverse engineer the service except where the law expressly allows it.
20) Privacy and data protection
Our Privacy and GDPR Notice explains how Lynko.tv handles account data, visitor analytics, reports, payment status, security logs, retention and data rights. Read the Privacy and GDPR Notice.
Where you use Lynko.tv to collect or process visitor data for your own purposes, you are responsible for your own legal basis, notices, consent, retention, security and responses to data-subject requests.
21) Third-party services
Lynko.tv may depend on third-party services such as hosting, domain, TLS, email, payment, fraud prevention, analytics infrastructure or security providers. Their availability and rules may affect the service. External websites and destinations are not controlled by Lynko.tv.
22) Disclaimers and liability
Lynko.tv is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that the service will meet every need, remain compatible with every destination, prevent all abuse, or keep every link or QR code available forever.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Lynko.tv is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, reputational harm, loss of data, third-party claims, destination content, user content, payment provider actions, or service interruptions outside our reasonable control.
For business users, and where legally allowed, Lynko.tv total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service during the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or 50 euro if you used only free services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, intentional misconduct, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
23) Indemnity
To the extent allowed by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Lynko.tv, Madeliz and their owners from claims, damages, fines, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from your content, destinations, data collection, commercial activity, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.
24) Force majeure
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including internet failures, hosting failures, domain or DNS issues, payment network issues, cyberattacks, abuse spikes, strikes, legal orders, natural events, war, civil unrest, government action or emergency measures.
25) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice, for example by email, dashboard notice or website notice. For business users, material changes will be notified on a durable medium at least 15 days before they take effect where required by law. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
26) Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Courts in the Netherlands have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are an EU consumer, you may benefit from mandatory protections of your local law and may bring proceedings in your local courts where the law allows.
Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue. Nothing prevents either party from seeking urgent relief or complying with lawful authority orders.
