How it works

Create a QR code

Choose the destination URL, title and practical settings for your use case.

Place it in the real world

Use the QR code on menus, table cards, posters, event signage, packaging or screens.

Update and measure

Change the destination or review scan activity from your Lynko workspace when the campaign evolves.

Features

Dynamic destinations

Edit where scans go later, instead of replacing every printed code.

Scan controls

Use expiry dates, inactivity rules or scan limits where your campaign needs them.

Campaign-ready links

Connect QR codes with short links, link-in-bio pages, Campaign Kits, polls and Smart Cards.

Use cases

Restaurants and venues

Point table cards to menus, specials, booking pages or feedback forms.

Retail and packaging

Send scans to product pages, instructions, warranties, offers or customer support.

A practical example

For a monthly creative gathering, keep one Community page with the next date, location and RSVP button. A table-card QR opens that page. Update the page for next month and scan the same card again before reusing it.

Start within Free

Create QR Codes on Free. Check the current limits before printing codes for several projects.

A repeatable gathering workflow

Keep your RSVP service

Use your existing registration form or event listing for attendance, tickets and participant details. Put its public HTTPS link behind a clear RSVP button on your Lynko page.

Prepare the page first

Choose the Community starting point, add the next gathering and your real destination, then preview and publish. Copy its public address into the QR generator and test a scan before printing.

Keep the next visit useful

After the gathering, edit the same page for the next date and RSVP destination. Keep it published at the same address, then check the original QR again. A scan or click is not proof of attendance.

See what earns the next click

Follow clicks, scans, page views, votes and pixel activity in one workspace. Tracking must be enabled, and each report shows the signals available for that tool.

Understand the trend

Review daily totals, average activity, active days, peak days and top-performing items. Compare with the previous period when the complete comparison is still available.

Find useful audience signals

Explore available referrers, device types, browsers, languages and approximate locations. Missing or hidden signals stay clearly labelled; activity counts do not identify individual people.

Choose your reporting depth

Every plan includes activity trends and preset periods. Paid plans add more history and breakdown rows. Silver and Gold add custom dates and timeline CSV reports in the main analytics views. Older Pixel history can use monthly totals.

Small pixels, useful signals

Choose a small WebP design for lightweight page measurement. Image requests are activity signals; email protection, caching and blocked images can affect counts.

Report dates use UTC. Available history follows your current plan, and an upgrade cannot recover data that has already been deleted.

Privacy-friendly QR analytics

Lynko records scan activity for useful statistics. No third-party advertising trackers does not mean no data collection. EU hosting describes infrastructure; it does not by itself establish compliance for your use case.

  • EU-hosted QR management
  • No third-party ad tracker added by Lynko
  • Clear scan activity for practical decisions
