Capture Rewards Are Now Available

Version 1.65 introduces Capture Rewards, a new way to collect useful information from your audience while giving something valuable back in return.

With Capture Rewards, you can reward users after they submit information. This reward can be a discount code, a unique selfie, a private link, a video, a special message, or anything else you want to share. The possibilities are flexible, making this feature useful for creators, businesses, campaigns, events, and more.

Collected data can also be exported to Excel, making it easier to review, manage, and use your results afterwards.

• New Capture Rewards System - You can now collect user information and give a reward in return, such as a discount code, private link, video, image, or custom message.
• Capture Support for Multiple Lynko Tools - Capture Rewards can now be used with short links, QR codes, Link in Bio pages, and more supported tools in the future.
• Excel Export Added - Collected capture data can now be exported to Excel, making it easier to manage submissions and use the information outside Lynko.tv.
• Future AMA Reward Ideas - We are exploring future options where users may receive rewards after asking questions through Ask Me Anything pages.
• QR System Design Improvements - The QR system has received a new design, making it cleaner, more modern, and easier to use.
• QR System Bug Fixes - Several bugs in the QR system have been fixed to improve stability and reliability.
• Short Link Bug Fixes - A few issues in the short link system have been fixed for a smoother experience.
• Campaign Kits Improvements - Campaign Kits, one of our newer features, had a few early hiccups and bugs. These have now been fixed and improved.
• GDPR Page Updated - The GDPR page has been updated with information about the new Capture Rewards system, data collection, data usage, and data retention.
• Spanish Translation Improvements - Many Spanish translation errors have been corrected to improve the experience for Spanish-speaking users.
